Aventus Visa Agents

Terms of Service

Effective 2 October 2026

1. What Aventus is, and what it is not

Aventus Visa Agents LLC is a petitioner and agent service. It is not a law firm, it does not employ attorneys in the provision of these services, and it does not give legal advice. Nothing on this site or in any document we prepare is legal advice, and no attorney–client relationship is created between you and Aventus.

Where your matter requires legal advice or representation before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, that work is performed by an immigration attorney under a separate engagement agreement directly between you and that attorney. Your attorney remains counsel of record. Any fee you pay that attorney is governed by their agreement, not by ours, and questions about it should go to them.

What Aventus does is act as the petitioning entity and agent of record: we serve as the petitioner named on Form I‑129, we prepare and maintain the petitioner-side documents and templates that the filing requires, we coordinate with your attorney, and we maintain petitioner compliance for the life of the petition.

2. The services and what they cost

Every plan includes the same service. The difference is only how it is paid.

Standard — $2,000

Paid in full at signup.

Installment — $2,300, paid as four monthly payments of $575

This is a fixed four-payment plan, not an open-ended subscription. It consists of exactly four charges. It ends automatically after the fourth payment and no further amount is charged. The total payable is $2,300.

Pay When Approved — $3,000

Nothing is due at signup. The fee becomes payable when USCIS approves the petition for which Aventus is the petitioner. “Approved” means issuance of an approval notice (Form I‑797) for that petition. A denial, a withdrawal, or a revocation is not an approval and no service fee becomes payable.

Registered-agent maintenance — $50 per month

After approval, an optional monthly service keeps Aventus as your agent of record for the duration of the petition. It is billed monthly, continues until cancelled, and may be cancelled at any time.

3. Government fees are separate

USCIS filing fees, premium processing fees and any other government charges are not included in the amounts above. They are set by the government, not by us, and are payable in addition.

4. Your obligations

The service depends on what you give us. You agree to provide accurate, complete and truthful information and documents, and to tell us promptly if anything changes — particularly a change in employment, address, immigration status or travel. We prepare petitioner documents from what you supply; we do not independently verify it, and we cannot be responsible for a consequence that follows from information that was wrong or withheld.

You may not ask us to include anything in a filing that is false or misleading. If we reasonably believe we are being asked to do so, we may stop work and terminate under section 7.

5. What we do not promise

No one can promise an immigration outcome, and we do not. The decision is the government’s. Our fee pays for the work performed, not for a particular result, and it is not contingent on approval except where you have chosen the Pay When Approved plan, which is a payment-timing arrangement and not a guarantee.

We do not control USCIS processing times, requests for evidence, site visits or policy changes, and we are not responsible for delays caused by them.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In short: the service fee is earned when you sign the service agreement, and the one exception is that if your petitioner documents are not made available within 30 days of the fee being paid in full, you may request a refund.

7. Ending the engagement

You may stop the engagement at any time by writing to info@aventusvisaagents.com. We may end it if you do not provide what the work requires, if payment is not made when due, if we are asked to do something improper, or if continuing would put us in conflict with an obligation we already hold.

If the engagement ends, the Refund & Cancellation Policy decides what is returned. Where Aventus has been named as petitioner on a filing already submitted, withdrawal of that petition follows USCIS procedure and may require your attorney’s involvement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Aventus’s total liability arising out of or relating to these services is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost earnings or lost opportunity. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Confidentiality

We treat your information as confidential and use it only to deliver the service, except where you ask us to share it, where it must go to your attorney or to a government agency to do the work, or where the law requires disclosure. See the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, where Aventus Visa Agents LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version in force for your engagement is the one published on the date you purchased. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above.
