Privacy Policy
Effective 2 October 2026
1. Who we are
Aventus Visa Agents LLC, a Texas limited liability company, operates aventusvisaagents.com and the petitioner service described in our Terms of Service. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it.
2. What we collect
- Identity and contact details — name, email, phone, mailing address, and the country you are writing from.
- Immigration and employment information — the facts and documents a petition requires: status, history, qualifications, employer and engagement details, and supporting evidence you choose to send us.
- Payment information — handled by our payment processor. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and the last four digits of the card. We do not store full card numbers.
- Site usage — standard server and analytics data such as pages viewed, approximate location and device type.
3. Why we hold it
To deliver the service you bought: to prepare petitioner documents, to coordinate with your attorney, to act as petitioner and agent of record, to take payment, to meet our own legal and record-keeping obligations, and to answer you when you write to us. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use the contents of your immigration file for advertising.
4. Who we share it with
- Your immigration attorney, because the filing cannot be made otherwise.
- Government agencies — USCIS and, where relevant, the Department of State — as part of the filing itself.
- Service providers who operate our systems: payment processing, document signature, email and hosting. They may use it only to provide that service to us.
- Where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
5. How long we keep it
For as long as we are your petitioner or agent of record, and afterwards for as long as a record of the engagement must be retained for legal, tax or compliance reasons. You may ask us to delete what we are not required to keep.
6. Security
Access is limited to the people who need it to do the work, and documents are held in access-controlled storage. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise. If a breach affects your information we will tell you as the law requires.
7. Your choices
Write to info@aventusvisaagents.com to ask for a copy of what we hold, to correct it, to ask for deletion, or to withdraw a consent you gave. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights — including under the laws of your own country if you are outside the United States — and we will honour those that apply to you.
Marketing email, if you ever receive any, always carries an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing does not stop service messages about your own matter.
8. International clients
Our clients are frequently outside the United States. If you are, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy law differs from that of your home country. Submitting information to us means you understand that.
9. Children
The service is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information except where a minor is the beneficiary of a petition, in which case it is provided by a parent or guardian.
10. Changes
We may update this policy; the effective date above will change when we do.
